Synopsis
Finally, an opera heroine who is not neurotic about sex! Machiavelli’s tale of fraud for personal gain is re-told by Mark Campbell from the woman’s point of view, and Lucrezia becomes a heroine who is very much in control of her destiny. Deceptions may abound, but it is all to everyone’s satisfaction in the end.
